Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner. 
• Take customer orders accurately. 
• Recommend menu items and promotions. 
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints politely.      
• Ensure customers have a pleasant dining experience. 
• Respond professionally to customer enquiries received through online delivery platforms when required.

Food & Beverage Preparation

• Prepare beverages, desserts, and other menu items according to company SOPs. 
• Ensure product quality, consistency, and presentation meet company standards. 
• Follow standard portion control to minimize wastage. 

Cashier Duties

• Operate the POS system efficiently. 
• Process cash, QR, debit/credit card, e-wallet, and other payment methods accurately. 
• Issue receipts and maintain accurate transaction records. 
• Balance the cash drawer at the end of each shift. 
• Operate the POS system and manage both walk-in and online delivery orders efficiently. 
• Ensure all online platform promotions, vouchers, and discounts are applied correctly. 
• Reconcile daily sales from walk-in customers and online delivery platforms.

Online Ordering & Delivery Management

• Monitor and manage incoming orders from Grab Food, food panda, and other online delivery platforms. 
• Accept, prepare, and complete online orders within the required preparation time. 
• Ensure all food and beverages are prepared accurately according to the order details. 
• Check product quality before packing. 
• Pack orders securely and ensure all items, condiments, utensils, and receipts are included. 
• Coordinate with delivery riders during order collection. 
• Resolve order issues, such as missing items or incorrect orders, by following company procedures. 
• Inform the Operation Manager/Outlet Leader immediately of any technical issues with the delivery platforms. 
• Ensure all online orders are recorded and completed accurately in the POS system (where applicable).

Outlet Operations

• Prepare the outlet before opening. 
• Perform daily opening and closing duties. 
• Refill ingredients, packaging materials, and supplies. 
• Monitor product availability and inform the Operation Manager / Outlet Leader when stock is low. 

Cleaning & Hygiene

• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen, equipment, and workstations. 
• Follow daily cleaning schedules and sanitation procedures. 
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations. 
• Dispose of waste properly and maintain a clean working environment. 

Inventory & Stock Handling

• Receive and check stock deliveries. 
• Arrange and store stock using the FIFO (First In, First Out) method. 
• Assist in daily and monthly stock counts. 
• Report damaged, expired, or missing stock immediately. 

Teamwork

• Work closely with other team members to ensure efficient operations. 
• Attend staff meetings and training sessions. 
• Follow instructions from supervisors. 
• Support colleagues during busy operating hours. 

Compliance

• Adhere to all company SOPs and policies. 
• Follow food safety and personal hygiene standards.      
• Wear the required uniform and maintain a neat appearance. 
• Observe workplace health and safety procedures.
