Be part of a globally established fund services platform delivering solutions to institutional clients across APAC. You’ll join a collaborative and fast-paced team, gaining exposure to diverse fund structures while developing expertise across both operations and client servicing.

Key Responsibilities

• Process daily hedge fund operations including trade confirmations, transfers, cash activities, and reporting
• Perform reconciliation checks and liaise with transfer agents to ensure accuracy
• Handle client queries via email and calls (post-training) and support issue resolution
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely operations
• Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in fund operations, custody, or financial services operations
• Open to candidates from various fund backgrounds (hedge funds candidates will be prioritised)
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask under tight deadlines
• Proactive, team-oriented, and able to work independently
• Good communication skills with a client-focused mindset
• Diploma or Degree holders are welcome to apply
