Job Description:

• Develop a suite of cost effective and efficient marketing campaigns.
• Achieve income target given on promotion and advertising space in the mall.
• Writes compelling copy across all marketing channels including but not limited to social media, website and print advertisement. Strong English language editing and proofreading skills.
• Work and liaise with external parties on events coordination. Ensure events are carried out smoothly.
• Develop strategies to drive traffic to the mall.
• Ensure consistent brand image in all types of communications across all channels. Ensure that all mall branding is adhered by the retailers and relevant parties.
• Monitor and manage feedback from retailers and participants of mall’s campaigns.
• Prepare Marketing & Promotion progress and post-mortem report after event.
• Work with external advertising and PR agencies to implement branding and other marketing initiatives.
• Carry out any other duties assigned as and when required.        

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
• Candidate fluent in mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking tenants.
• Minimum 3-5 Year(s) of working experience in the Mall or Retail.
• Involved in content creation and write compelling copy across all marketing channels. Strong English language copywriting and proofreading skills.
• Able to work on weekend which is needed (OT will be provided).
