Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute events from pre-event planning to post-event completion.
• Prepare event proposals, presentations, and quotations.
• Present event concepts and proposals to clients.
• Liaise with clients, vendors, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage event operations, logistics, and on-site execution.
• Develop project timelines and coordinate event schedules.
• Coordinate technical event requirements, including AV, lighting, LED wall, and other event equipment.
• Resolve operational and technical issues during events.
• Build and maintain positive client relationships.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in the event industry.
• Experience preparing proposals and delivering client presentations and pitches.
• Good knowledge of event operations and project coordination.
• Familiarity with event technical setup, including AV, lighting, LED wall, and related event equipment.
• Able to communicate effectively in English to prepare proposals, conduct client presentations, and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
