Main Responsibilities:
The Operations Support Engineer is responsible for establishing and managing the site's end-to-end spare parts management system from the ground up.
Responsibilities
- Lead the setup and organization of the site's spare parts warehouse.
- Develop warehouse layout, storage locations, labeling systems, and material flow processes.
- Define spare parts storage requirements based on equipment criticality and GMP expectations.
- Establish spare parts receiving, inspection, storage, issuance, return, and disposal procedures.
- Implement inventory identification and tracking systems to ensure traceability and compliance.
- Build and maintain the spare parts master data in Maximo.
- Ensure all spare parts are accurately linked to equipment assets.
- Establish and maintain spare parts link to PM JP.
- Define and maintain safety stock levels, reorder points, and replenishment parameters.
- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations and inventory control activities.
- Ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and stock audits.
- Coordinate spare parts procurement and replenishment activities with Procurement teams.
- Generate inventory and KPI reports for management review.
About You:
- Diploma or above in Engineering/Biotechnology/Pharmaceutical/ Operations Management/Manufacturing Management related majors is preferred.
- 2 years or above of working experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
- Experience in GMP certification, FDA cGMP or EU GMP certification audit is preferred
- A team player with good logical thinking ability and communication skills
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite of applications
Pay: $3,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
