岗位职责

  • Monitor and maintain application system, including troubleshooting, bug fixing and queries
  • Performing daily business process jobs
  • Analyze issues in IT systems and provide timely solution. Gather and analyze new user requirements
  • Produce functional specification and technical documentation
  • System testing and upgrade with regional team
  • Work closely with internal Business, IT stakeholders and regional team to ensure the work above are properly delivered
  • Provide timely status reporting and risk assessment to IT management
  • Production system support during non-office hours if needed

  • University graduate in Information Technology , Computer Science, or related discipline

  • 2 years’ relevant working experience in production system support, and issue management

  • Strong Knowledge of MS SQL
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, work with schedules / resources while remaining focused on team goals

  • Technical experience using relational database, web services, workflow system, intranet portals, Net programming is an advantage

  • Self-motivated, responsible, and willing to learn

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Fluent in Cantonese and English.
