In this role you will:
Extensive hands-on experience with Hardware Security Modules (HSMs), including those used for payment processing, general-purpose encryption, and cloud-based security
Strong foundation in applied cryptography and its role in securing enterprise environments
Solid understanding of IT infrastructure components, platforms, and security-related technologies
Ability to strictly follow established protocols and ensure adherence to cryptographic security policies and regulatory guidelines
Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings on weekdays and overnight shifts on weekends, to support critical system changes
Skilled in prioritizing tasks and managing competing demands from multiple stakeholders to delivering secure and efficient solutions that align with industry best practices, security frameworks and regulatory standard
Proven ability to cultivate strong working relationships with internal teams, external partners, and cross-functional IT departments at both local and global levels
In-depth knowledge of service management practices, covering incident handling, problem resolution, change coordination, and release processes
To be successful you will need:
Strong background in cryptographic principles as applied to financial services, cloud security, data protection, and cybersecurity
Experience with hardware-based encryption technologies is advantageous
Familiarity with internal control mechanisms, cybersecurity protocols, and compliance frameworks is a plus
Proficiency in using collaboration and documentation platforms like Atlassian JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint
Prior exposure to software development, IT service operations, or system administration is desirable
Professional certifications such as PCI QSA, CISA, CISM, CISSP, ITIL, or a relevant academic degree are preferred
