Responsibilities:
Handle full set of accounts independently and to review the payment settlement, vouchers, monthly management accounts and schedules of companies
Ensure timely financial reporting to management
Support and ensure the completion of annual financial audit
Liaise with operation teams of preparing management analysis and reviewing budget variance
Assist in preparing annual/interim reports
Liaise with the external auditors, advisors and bankers independently
Perform other ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent, professional qualification CPA is a MUST
Minimum 5 years of practical experience in multinational or listed organizations and auditing is a must (preferably with experiences from Big 4)
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
Strong knowledge of forecasting, budgeting and tax compliance.
Excellent conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
Effective time management & ability to organize and prioritize tasks at an individual level under a variety of conditions and constraints with minimal guidance
Able to handle multiple tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
