About the Role:

We are looking for a Workplace Engineer to support and enhance the end-user computing environment, ensuring employees have a secure, reliable, and productive digital workplace. The role involves managing endpoint devices, collaboration tools, and workplace technologies while providing technical support across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support Windows laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Deploy, configure, and maintain endpoint devices using Microsoft Intune, SCCM, or equivalent endpoint management tools.
• Provide Level 2/Level 3 technical support for hardware, software, and workplace applications.
• Troubleshoot endpoint, operating system, and application-related issues.
• Manage user accounts and access through Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.
• Support endpoint security initiatives, including device compliance, antivirus, and patch management.
• Participate in IT projects such as device refresh, Microsoft 365 migrations, and workplace technology improvements.
• Maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to resolve cross-functional issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field..
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
• Hands-on experience with Intune, SCCM, Autopilot, or endpoint management platforms.
• Knowledge of Active Directory and Azure AD.
• Experience supporting Windows 10/11 environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Microsoft certifications are an advantage.

Pay: Up to RM12,000.00 per month
