Key Responsibilities

Accounts Payable & Financial Operations

• Process supplier invoices and ensure timely and accurate posting into the accounting system.
• Handle non-PO invoices, doctor fee payments, utilities, subscriptions, and other operational expenses.

Month-End Closing & Reconciliation

• Assist in monthly closing activities, including accruals, provisions, and journal entries.
• Perform bank reconciliations, cash-in-transit reconciliations, and balance sheet reconciliations.

Audit, Tax & Compliance

• Prepare audit schedules and supporting documents for internal and external audits.
• Assist in tax compliance matters, including SST and e-Invoicing requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements

· Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

· Minimum 2 years of working experience in accounting, audit, or finance-related functions.

· Strong understanding of accounting principles (AP/AR, month-end closing).

· Knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and reconciliation processes.

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.

· Experience with ERP or Hospital Information Systems will be an added advantage.

· Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

· Able to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM3,400.00 per month
