IT Support (Full-Time)

We are looking for a motivated and responsible IT Support to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Assist with API integration, testing, and maintenance.
• Monitor system performance to ensure stable and efficient operation.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Work closely with team members to maintain and improve system performance.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of APIs, networking, and databases.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willing to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with relevant working experience will have an advantage.

Salary

RM3,000 – RM5,000 per month (depending on experience)
