Talent ManagerRole Description

We are seeking a strategic and forward-thinking Talent Manager to lead the organization's talent management initiatives and drive the development of a high-performing workforce. In this role, you will design and implement talent strategies that strengthen employee engagement, leadership capability, succession planning, workforce effectiveness, and long-term organizational success. You will play a key role in shaping the employee experience while ensuring talent practices align with business objectives and organizational culture.

You will work closely with executive leadership, Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, and business leaders to identify talent needs, assess organizational capabilities, and implement programs that support employee growth and leadership readiness. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional interpersonal, leadership, analytical, and coaching skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build scalable talent solutions across the organization.

Key responsibilities include overseeing talent reviews, performance management, succession planning, leadership development, employee engagement, career development, workforce planning, and organizational development initiatives. The Talent Manager will also leverage HR analytics to identify workforce trends, recommend strategic improvements, support change management initiatives, and foster a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and high performance.

Success in this role requires strategic thinking, emotional intelligence, business acumen, and a passion for developing people while creating an inclusive and engaging workplace that supports sustainable business growth.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement enterprise talent management strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Lead succession planning, leadership development, and high-potential employee programs.
  • Oversee performance management processes and talent review initiatives.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify workforce capability gaps and development opportunities.
  • Design career development frameworks and employee growth initiatives.
  • Support workforce planning and organizational development strategies.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to strengthen recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Partner with Learning and Development teams to deliver leadership and professional development programs.
  • Utilize HR analytics and workforce metrics to support strategic decision-making.
  • Coach managers on employee development, performance management, and talent planning.
  • Monitor employee engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness metrics.
  • Promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and employee well-being initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation, HR policies, and organizational standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement across talent management processes and HR programs.
  • Stay current with emerging HR trends, talent strategies, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, Management, or a related discipline.
  • Master's degree or professional HR certification is advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of talent management, leadership development, succession planning, and organizational development.
  • Experience with performance management systems, HRIS platforms, and people analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with workforce planning, employee engagement, and learning management systems.
  • Strong analytical, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Power BI, and HR reporting tools.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and employee development.
  • Strong leadership and change management capabilities.
  • Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, CIPD, PHR, or SPHR are preferred.
