Role:

• We are looking for a technical business analyst to support customer-facing digital platforms across mobile, web and e-commerce.
• This is an individual-contributor role for someone who can turn complex business needs into clear, practical and delivery-ready scope.
• You will work across business, product and technology teams to simplify requirements, shape delivery phases and help teams build solutions that address real customer needs.

Responsibilities:

• Lead requirement-discovery sessions with product managers, business owners and technology teams.
• Identify the underlying business problem, intended outcome, constraints and dependencies.
• Translate business needs into clear epics, user stories, acceptance criteria and process flows.
• Constructively question assumptions and recommend simpler, more practical solutions.
• Use customer, operational or transaction information to support recommendations.
• Prepare requirements for backlog refinement, sprint planning and delivery.
• Maintain requirement clarity and traceability through design, development and testing.
• Support user acceptance testing, defect clarification, release readiness and post-launch validation.

Required Skills:

• 6 years of relevant business analyst, business systems analyst or technology requirements experience, or equivalent demonstrated delivery experience.
• Experience supporting customer-facing digital platforms such as mobile apps, web portals, e-commerce, subscription services or comparable self-service environments.
• Demonstrated experience turning unclear business needs into structured epics, user stories and testable acceptance criteria.
• Practical understanding of APIs, integrations, data flows or backend-system dependencies.
• Experience working in agile product or technology-delivery teams.
