Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute events from pre-event planning to post-event completion.
- Prepare event proposals, presentations, and quotations.
- Present event concepts and proposals to clients.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage event operations, logistics, and on-site execution.
- Develop project timelines and coordinate event schedules.
- Coordinate technical event requirements, including AV, lighting, LED wall, and other event equipment.
- Resolve operational and technical issues during events.
- Build and maintain positive client relationships.

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in the event industry.
- Experience preparing proposals and delivering client presentations and pitches.
- Good knowledge of event operations and project coordination.
- Familiarity with event technical setup, including AV, lighting, LED wall, and related event equipment.
- Able to communicate effectively in English to prepare proposals, conduct client presentations, and coordinate with stakeholders.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
