To plan, organize and control production to ensure that products are produced efficiently, on time, within budget and to quality standard.

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Plan,Implement and control production schedule.
• Determine and implement improvements to the production process and cycle time.
• Make decisions about equipment use, maintenance, human and materials resources
• Work out/Set and adhere to standard operating procedures for production operations.
• Ensure implementation and adherence to 5S, health quality control and safety procedures
• Monitor and review the performance of staff and organize necessary interventions for improvement.
  
  

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resource or equivalent
• Experience in Semiconductor is an added advantage.
• Critical thinking and problem solving skills.
• Planning and organizing.
• Good Communication skills.
