Value Creation Engineer

As Singapore continues its transition towards a greener future, we are looking for passionate and innovative engineers to join our growing team and play a key role in delivering impactful energy-saving solutions for our clients.

As a Value Creation Engineer, you will be involved in the end-to-end development and implementation of energy efficiency projects. This role combines engineering, sustainability, innovation, and client engagement to identify opportunities, develop practical solutions, and deliver measurable value for customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct energy audits and site surveys.

• Analyze data and identify energy-saving opportunities.

• Design and recommend energy efficiency solutions.

• Manage and implement energy-saving projects.

• Perform testing, commissioning, and system optimization.

• Monitor and verify energy savings performance.

• Prepare technical reports, proposals, and cost estimates.

• Support Green Mark and sustainability consultancy projects.

• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders.

• Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in engineering, project management, technical consulting, or sustainability-related roles.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

• Good communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Able to multiple tasks and work effectively in a dynamic environment.

• Proactive, resourceful, and driven to deliver results.

• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Experience or knowledge in energy efficiency, ACMV/HVAC systems, building services, or sustainability initiatives will be an advantage.
