We have multiple openings for Customer Service roles based in Kuala Lumpur.

Ideal candidate will be proficient in any of the following languages along with intermediate level of English - Thai, Korean, Mandarin, Vietnamese

• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls in respective language mentioned above and English while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, orders, billing, or account-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Resolve customer complaints by identifying issues, providing appropriate solutions, and escalating complex cases when necessary.
• Accurately document customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the CRM or ticketing system.
• Meet individual and team KPIs, including quality, productivity, customer satisfaction (CSAT), and response time targets.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers while demonstrating empathy, patience, and active listening skills.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer requests and follow-ups.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, policies, and processes to provide accurate information.
• Ensure compliance with company guidelines, data privacy policies, and quality standards during all customer interactions.
• Fluency in [Thai, Korean, Mandarin, Vietnamese - at least one or more] and English (spoken and written) is required; prior experience in customer service, call center, BPO, or telecalling is preferred.
