Design, implement, administer, and support Windows-based infrastructure and database security solutions across small- to large-scale cybersecurity projects.
Deploy, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
Administer Microsoft SQL Server environments, including installation, configuration, performance tuning, backup and recovery, and patch management.
Deploy, configure, administer, and fine-tune Imperva Database Activity Monitoring (DAM) solutions to protect critical database environments.
Engage stakeholders to gather and understand business and technical requirements related to Windows infrastructure, database platforms, and database security solutions.
Work closely with Solution Architects to design and implement secure Windows and database infrastructure in both physical and virtualized environments.
Serve as the technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) and escalation point for Windows systems, Microsoft SQL Server, and Database Activity Monitoring (DAM).
Perform system hardening and security baseline implementation for Windows servers and database platforms in accordance with industry best practices.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including build guides, standard operating procedures, configuration baselines, and recovery documentation.
Lead infrastructure upgrades, migrations, patching, maintenance activities, disaster recovery exercises, and production implementations.
Support vulnerability remediation, compliance, audit, and security hardening initiatives for Windows servers and database environments.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Windows Systems Administration, Microsoft SQL Server, or Infrastructure Engineering.
Strong experience administering Windows Server environments.
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
