Job Responsibilities

  • As an Equipment Tech able to evaluates, selects, and make justification for equipment that is most appropriate and cost effective for the manufacture of company products.
  • Oversees the installation, modification, upgrade, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
  • Liaise with vendors to resolve equipment issues and manage/drive vendors' performance to meet/exceed equipment KPI, MTTR, MTBF and goals.
  • Establishes projects and solutions for increasing uptime, throughput, cost saving and resolve equipment problems that affect the manufacturing process.
  • Ability to review Process SPC data, setup equipment FDC and machine control. Experienced in Fabguard application. Improve and meet the equipment FDC OOC rate for equipment SECS/GEM capable.
  • Provides technical support to the manufacturing equipment repair and process engineering organizations.
  • Defines and writes preventative maintenance procedures and schedules.
  • Conduct training to shift members (PM operator, Technician).
  • Able to perform hardware trouble shooting, generate troubleshoot lesson learnt material and equipment OCAP for sharing with Team.

Job Requirement

  • Diploma with minimum 3years relevant working experiences or bachelor’s degree in electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering.
  • Had minimum 3~6 experienced in Disco / Wet Benches equipment experience.
  • Additional experienced in laser and wafer fab equipment will be added value.
  • Able to perform overtime work (if require), including working in a cleanroom environment.
  • Able to work well with minimal supervision and ability to prioritize tasks and follow specific procedures.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal Skill.
  • Strong initiative and work independent with result driven mindset.
  • Must Possess Positive attitude & Team Player
