Main Responsibilities:

• Origination: prepare pitching materials, conduct market research, coordinate NDA execution
• Structuring: perform financial and credit analysis, modeling, due diligence; coordinate with relevant internal stakeholders, including credit risk, ESR, loan syndication & distribution, portfolio management, legal team; prepare credit memo packages for internal approval, etc.
• Execution: Coordinate with internal middle/back-office across platforms for documentation review and loan facility execution until financial closing; follow up on KYC clearance and operational matters, etc.

Required Skills:

• Minimum a Degree in Finance & Accounting/Business Administration
• Experience in banking/finance and operations linked to Commodity Finance, Project Finance or Acquisition Finance
• Strong appreciation of commercial aspects of banking/good interpersonal and communication skills, team player and adaptability
• Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Bloomberg, Financial Modeling
