- Build and maintain scalable iOS platform frameworks, core architecture components, and tooling that enable mobile teams to deliver consistent, high-quality experiences.
- Support and mentor mobile engineers across teams, contributing to knowledge sharing, technical alignment, and continuous improvement of platform practices.
Skills & Experience Required
- Demonstrated iOS development experience with a strong focus on platform engineering, including expertise in Swift, Xcode, Fastlane, and TestFlight for build and release workflows.
- Proven experience with CI/CD tooling and build pipeline optimisation, with hands-on exposure to platforms such as Buildkite, Jenkins, Xcode Cloud, or App Circle.
- Familiarity with observability tooling and mobile monitoring solutions, including experience integrating logging, metrics, performance profiling, or crash reporting platforms such as Bugsnag, Datadog, or Firebase.
- Working knowledge of AWS or equivalent cloud services supporting mobile development workflows, including infrastructure automation and operational lifecycle management.
- Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills, with the ability to operate effectively across distributed teams; Malaysian citizenship or permanent residency is essential.
