This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales & Application Engineer at Aims Motion Penang, located in Batu Maung. As a Sales & Application Engineer, you plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between technical engineering and sales. This role requires a combination of technical knowledge, sales skills, and customer service expertise. This role involves analyzing customer requirements, providing product demonstrations and presentations, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualification

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical & Electronics, Computer Science, Mechatronic

Requirement

• At least 1-2 years experience in Motion control products(Servo, Robotics, Actuators, Linear Track, etc)
• Must possess own transport and willing to provide sales coverage on Nortern Region
• Good interpersonal & strong communication skills
• Willing to learn new products knowledge
• Enjoy working independently as well as delivering result collaboratively as team

Job Scope

• Promote automation industrial products (Servo Motor, Drive, Controller, Profile, Etc) with integrated bundle solution to existing customer and explore opportunities with new customers.
• Provide basic commercial & technical service for customers, also the sales & product enquires.
• Maximazing the "face to face" with the customer and support product and brand integrity requirement at customer locations.
• Meet or exceed individual sales plan.
• General and follow up on sales leads, ensuring timely and accurate communication with potential customers.
