About the Roles

We are seeking an HR Executive to join a construction company in Ubi. This permanent position offers a structured 5-day work week from Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, with a competitive basic salary plus AWS benefits. The role will support a wide range of HR operations, including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, compliance, and workforce administration.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support the execution of HR policies, processes, initiatives, and systems.
• Guide employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment-related matters.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including drafting job descriptions, advertising vacancies, screening applicants, and arranging interviews.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and ensure a smooth joining process.
• Assist in organising employee training and development programmes.
• Process monthly payroll using the Infotech payroll system.
• Support the handling of employee disciplinary cases and grievance matters.
• Maintain accurate employee records, attendance details, and employment documentation.
• Ensure HR practices and workplace conditions comply with Singapore employment laws.
• Maintain ISO-related documents and records.
• Handle BCA CRS and SCAL quota applications and renewals.
• Manage work pass applications and renewals through the MyMOM and WP Online portals.
• Coordinate employee insurance matters, including Security Bond, FWMI, WICA, and PCP renewals.
• Liaise with MOM, insurance providers, and lawyers on workplace injury cases.
• Carry out additional duties assigned by the Director.

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processing, recruitment, employee benefits, training, and HR administration.
• Prior experience in the construction industry or a similar sector will be advantageous.
• Familiarity with Singapore employment laws and disciplinary procedures.
• Experience using the Infotech payroll system is required.
• Knowledge of ISO documentation, work pass administration, BCA CRS, and SCAL applications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
