Engineering Drawings / Design

a. Prepare proposal drawings for tender submissions.

b. Prepare and submit shop drawings & coordination drawings of BMU systems, including layout, elevation, section, & detail drawings.

c. Prepare fabrication drawings & construction drawings of BMU systems.

d. Prepare and submit as-built drawings

Compliance with Specifications

a. Ensure BMU design complies with project specifications.

b. Obtain consultant / architect approval on BMU design.

Technical Documentation

a. Prepare and submit sample boards, material submission documents, transmittal forms, & other material related documents.

b. Prepare and submit of method statements, project quality plans, inspection test plans, & other QAQC related documents.

c. Prepare and submit operation & maintenance manual for client record.

d. Submit PE calculations to justify engineering design.

Coordination with Main Contractor

a. Ensure latest CBP is used for shop drawing preparation.

b. Ensure BIM model correctly reflects technical details of BMU system.

c. Communicate variation orders / cost implications to client

Coordination with Supplier

a. Ensure sufficient lead time for fabrication and delivery of materials.

b. Ensure all coordination is in place prior to installation based on project schedule.

Monitoring Project Timeline

a. Ensure sufficient lead time for fabrication and delivery of materials.

b. Ensure all coordination is in place prior to installation based on MC project schedule

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Senai (81400)
