Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Multimedia Designer to support the Marketing team in delivering engaging digital content across platforms. This role combines graphic design, multimedia production, and campaign execution to ensure a consistent brand experience across online and offline touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities
Creative & Multimedia
- Design creative assets for digital marketing campaigns, including social media posts, paid advertisements, website banners, EDMs, GIFs, and promotional materials.
- Produce and edit multimedia content, including short-form videos, motion graphics, and campaign videos for digital platforms.
- Ensure all creative deliverables align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

Retail Marketing Support
- Design all printed marketing materials used across stores, including POSM, window graphics, lightboxes, banners, signages, price communication, and promotional materials while ensuring brand consistency.
- Prepare layout proposals and artwork for pop-up stores, retail activations, takeovers, exhibitions, and campaign installations.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate production and installation.

Requirements

- Diploma/Degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Creative Media, or related field.

- Experience in retail, fashion, lifestyle, or visual merchandising is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of following branding guideline, typography, layout, digital content, and retail visual merchandising.
- Knowledge of print production, fabrication materials, and retail display construction is preferred.
- Creative, organized, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to travel for store visits, campaign installations, and event support when required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
