Description

- Provide post-sales technical and application assistance in response to clients' inquiries.

- Conduct microscopy product and system training, demonstration, or presentation to customers.

- Call planning efficiency to solve issues and maximize business opportunities with customers.

- Handling customer inquiries as well as managing and interpreting customer requirements and providing required proposals to customers.

- Attend onsite and remote meetings with customers and colleagues to understand their requirements.

- Service existing customers and develop new business opportunities.

- Miscellaneous duties that correspond with the capabilities of a Technical support engineer.

Requirement:

- Minimum Bachelor's degree in any Science related field.

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers.

- The ability to work independently with little supervision and a strong work ethic is critical.

- Experience in dealing with any imaging solution, digital microscope or electron microscopy products is a plus.

- Willingness to travel across Malaysia.

- Possess own vehicle.

- Fresh graduate with a passionate learning attitude is encouraged to apply.
