Overall Job Responsibility

• To maintain and minimize equipment breakdown & downtime.
• Maximize the equipment capabilities in achieving production targets, yields, quality issues.
• To validate and calibrate the equipment accordance to guideline given and performed weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly preventive maintenance.
• To have mechanical ability and familiarization with equipment and diagnostic procedures, as well as maintaining proficiency, as required.

Responsibilities

• Performs repair and maintenance work on equipment, in accordance with time schedules as assigned by superior.
• Assemble, repair and maintain mechanical/electrical devices according to specifications.
• Performed and update Preventive Maintenance checklist.
• Any other duties or responsibilities assigned by superior from time to time.

Scope of Authority

• To stop and down the production line if found any abnormalities on the production floor or equipment’s
• To work with vendors on modification works and facilities works which are carried out in and out of the plan

Requirements

• Education Level: Minimum Certificate or Diploma or Degree holder in Mechanical/ Mechatronic/ Electrical/ Electronic engineering
• Working Experience: Minimum 1 years working experience in mechanical and machine maintenance

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
