Project Advisor – Residential Painting Project (Fresh Graduates Welcome!)

About Us

At Noah Smart Home, we are managing a major house painting project. We are looking for an energetic Project Advisor to help coordinate our site operations, manage client requests, and ensure the project runs smoothly from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate between the clients, painters, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct regular site visits to check painting progress and monitor quality.
• Assist in managing project timelines and updating clients on progress.
• Handle inquiries, provide basic cost estimations, and assist with sales alignment.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing, Construction Management, Interior Design, or any related field.
• Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply!
• Strong communication skills (bonus if you have a background or interest in sales/customer service).
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn on the job.
• Must possess own transport to travel to sites in Johor Bahru

Job Type & Compensation

• Type: Full-time / Part-time / Project-based

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
