Job Description:

• To carry out day to day operation and maintenance (electrical).
• To maintain the infrastructures and buildings in good condition.
• To carry out preventive and corrective maintenance to the entire asset.
• To prepare and edit basic MS Project and MS Outlook as the tracking tools for the project management.
• To ensure proper documentation, accuracy and handles documentation in the most confidential.
• To supervise external contractors’ work/service and monitor their performance.
• To communicate with building occupants efficiently on all service requests and any renovation works to be carried out.
• Able to read electrical single-line diagrams and perform troubleshooting on the internal telephone lines.

Education:

• Candidate must possess at least a SPM/STPM/SKM/PW4 certificate or diploma/advanced/higher/graduate diploma, post graduate diploma in engineering (Civil), engineering (Mechanical), engineering (Electrical) or equivalent.

Experience:

• Minimum 1 years of working experience in the related field (electrical) for this position.
