Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipments systems.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
• Work with contractors and suppliers as required.
• Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Certificate, Diploma, or trade qualification in Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field.
• Previous experience in facilities maintenance, engineering, or technical services.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment's.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or public holidays if required.
