Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and vision assessments.
• Detect and manage visual abnormalities, eye diseases, and injuries.
• Provide professional advice and prescribe appropriate visual aids.
• Counsel patients on eye care and eye surgery procedures, including pre- and post-operative care.
• Collaborate with ophthalmologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver quality patient care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.

Qualification & Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Optometry
• Registered with the Malaysian Optical Council (MOC)
• Possess a valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC)
• 1-3 years of experience in clinical eye care (fresh graduates with strong clinical exposure are encouraged to apply)
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Passionate about delivering excellent patient care and customer service
