Responsibilities:

• Responsible for business requirement analysis, transaction system design, and code development.
• Stay up to date with the latest architecture and Java technology trends, conduct technical research, and address technical challenges in systems and projects.
• Continuously identify issues related to functionality, performance, and architecture within the system, and propose improvement solutions.

Requirements:

• Over 2 years of experience in Java development, capable of independently completing business coding.
• Proficient in the Java language, data structures, multi-threaded programming, familiar with common design patterns, performance optimization, and adept in Java IO, multi-threading, networking, etc.
• Proficient in MySQL database design, excellent SQL writing and optimization skills, skilled in Redis.
• Proficient in common distributed service governance frameworks (Dubbo, etc.), microservice frameworks (Spring Cloud, etc.), experience in distributed system architecture design, and high-concurrency processing capabilities.
• Passionate about technology development, strong learning ability and initiative, cheerful personality, and teamwork spirit.
