Key Responsibilities

Reporting & Analytics

• Develop and maintain executive-level dashboards, KPI reports, and management information (MI) reports.
• Produce timely, accurate, and insightful reporting for portfolio, program, and project performance.
• Analyze trends, identify delivery risks, and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Automate reporting processes and continuously improve reporting efficiency and accuracy.

Delivery Management

• Support end-to-end delivery reporting across multiple strategic initiatives.
• Monitor project milestones, schedules, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Track delivery health, progress, and resource utilization.
• Ensure adherence to project governance and reporting standards.

Stakeholder Management

• Partner with senior business leaders, PMOs, technology teams, and external stakeholders.
• Facilitate governance meetings and executive steering committees.
• Present concise reporting and insights to senior management.
• Build strong relationships across cross-functional teams.

Data & AI Platform Reporting

• Support reporting initiatives related to Data & AI platforms.
• Monitor platform adoption, operational metrics, and business value realization.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering and AI teams to define reporting metrics.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across reporting solutions.

Digital Transformation

• Support enterprise digital transformation programs through reporting and performance tracking.
• Measure transformation KPIs and benefits realization.
• Track change adoption and business outcomes.
• Provide insights to improve transformation effectiveness.

Program Delivery Governance

• Maintain governance frameworks, RAID logs, action trackers, and executive reports.
• Ensure compliance with organizational governance processes.
• Prepare governance packs for steering committee meetings.
• Track program performance against agreed objectives.

Risk Management

• Monitor project and operational risks.
• Maintain risk registers and mitigation plans.
• Escalate critical issues proactively.
• Support compliance with enterprise risk management frameworks.

Financial Management

• Track program budgets, forecasts, and actual expenditure.
• Monitor financial performance and variance analysis.
• Support resource planning and cost optimization initiatives.
• Produce financial dashboards for executive management.

Quality Management

• Ensure reporting accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Drive continuous process improvements.
• Support audit readiness and compliance activities.
• Implement reporting best practices and quality assurance processes.

Required Skills & Experience

Mandatory Skills

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in Reporting, PMO, Delivery Management, or Program Reporting.
• Strong experience in Delivery Management and enterprise reporting.
• Proven Stakeholder Management experience with senior leadership.
• Experience supporting Data & AI Platform initiatives.
• Exposure to large-scale Digital Transformation programs.
• Strong Program Delivery and PMO governance experience.
• Expertise in Delivery Governance frameworks.
• Experience in Risk Management and issue tracking.
• Strong Financial Management including budgeting, forecasting, and cost reporting.

Experience in Quality Management and process improvement
