Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Sales Executive will identify and develop new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with clients in construction, mining, agriculture, and logging sectors, and manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing. The role includes preparing quotations and proposals, conducting site visits or client meetings, and providing product recommendations that match customer requirements. The Sales Executive will also coordinate with internal teams on equipment availability, delivery schedules, and after-sales support, while maintaining accurate sales records and reporting on market trends and customer feedback.

Qualifications

• Proven ability in business development, customer relationship management, and negotiation within industrial or machinery-related sectors.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse clients and internal stakeholders.
• Basic understanding of heavy construction or industrial machinery and willingness to learn technical product details.
• Solid organizational, planning, and time-management skills, with attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
• Comfortable using office software, CRM systems, and online platforms for sales tracking and customer outreach.
• Relevant work experience in sales, account management, or marketing; experience in machinery or industrial equipment is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in WP. Kuala Lumpur, travel to client locations as needed, and hold a valid driving license.
• Diploma in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent experience will be considered.
