- Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 6pm 
- Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm

Join a Dynamic Finance Operations Team

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Officer (Fixed Assets) to support day-to-day fixed asset operations during an ERP system transition project. This is an excellent opportunity for finance professionals looking to gain hands-on exposure to asset management, audit support, reporting, and SAP processes within a structured corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and validate fixed asset transfer requests to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal controls and policies.

• Support asset transfer activities, including inter-entity transfers and asset record maintenance.

• Prepare and maintain monthly fixed asset reports and operational dashboards.

• Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to asset management processes.

• Coordinate fixed asset clearance activities during employee offboarding.

• Assist with asset tagging and verification activities when required.

• Provide documentation and support for internal and external audit requests.

• Coordinate asset sighting exercises and liaise with asset custodians.

• Support asset disposal processes and related documentation.

• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and other ad-hoc finance-related duties.
  

Requirements

• Higher NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with transactional data accurately.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

• 1–2 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Fixed Assets, Audit Support, or Finance Operations.

• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, Oracle, Workday, or similar platforms.

• Exposure to fixed asset accounting, inventory management, or audit coordination.

• Experience preparing reports and tracking operational KPIs.
