Operations Executive

Location: Singapore

Employment Type: Full-Time

Working Schedule: Monday – Thursday & Saturday (Friday Off)

About the Role

Cheekies is looking for a proactive and organised Operations Executive to oversee our daily operations. This role is essential in ensuring customer orders are fulfilled accurately, deliveries are coordinated efficiently, inventory is well managed, and customers receive excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily shipments and order fulfilment.
• Pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Handle customer enquiries across all sales platforms (TikTok Shop, Shopify, WhatsApp, Instagram, etc.).
• Supervise and coordinate part-time staff.
• Plan and manage daily delivery schedules with logistics partners.
• Monitor inventory levels, perform stock counts, and maintain accurate stock records.
• Ensure the warehouse and packing area remain clean, organised, and efficient.
• Improve operational processes to increase productivity and minimise errors.
• Assist with other operational and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Organised with strong attention to detail.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable using computers and e-commerce platforms.
• Leadership skills to manage and coordinate part-time staff.
• Physically fit and comfortable with packing and warehouse duties.
• Responsible, reliable, and willing to learn.
• Previous experience in operations, logistics, warehousing, or customer service is an advantage.

Working Schedule

• Monday – Thursday & Saturday
• Friday: Off
• Sunday: Off
