Firststep Child Specialist Clinic – Sri Hartamas

What You'll Do

• Welcome and register patients with a warm and professional attitude.
• Assist doctors during consultations and minor procedures.
• Prepare consultation rooms and ensure medical equipment is clean and ready.
• Dispense medications and maintain accurate stock inventory.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient enquiries.
• Handle billing, payments, and clinic administrative duties.
• Maintain cleanliness and high standards of infection control.
• Work closely with doctors and the healthcare team to provide an excellent patient experience.

What We're Looking For

• Diploma, Degree or equivalent qualification.
• Friendly, caring, and passionate about helping children and families.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, organised, and able to multitask.
• Basic computer skills.
• Experience in a clinic or healthcare setting is an advantage, but training will be provided.

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
