We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and lead the warehouse team in ensuring efficient inventory management, accurate order fulfilment, and timely deliveries.

Job Description


Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.
Plan and allocate daily work assignments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
Oversee goods receiving activities and ensure all incoming materials are accurately received, checked, and documented.
Coordinate with Quality Control (QC), Sales, Procurement, and other internal departments to ensure smooth warehouse operations and material flow.
Ensure warehouse operations comply with company policies, workplace safety requirements, and housekeeping standards.
Train, guide, and supervise warehouse staff to achieve operational targets and maintain productivity.
Monitor warehouse equipment and report maintenance requirements when necessary.
Investigate and resolve operational issues, inventory discrepancies, and delivery-related concerns promptly.
Prepare and maintain warehouse records, inventory reports, and operational documentation.
Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes, efficiency, and service levels.
Support other warehouse and logistics activities as assigned.


Job Requirements


At least NITEC or equivalent qualification.
At least 2–3 years of warehouse or logistics experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
Good knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics processes.
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Detail-oriented and committed to high safety and operational standards.
Forklift licence is an advantage.
