2. Cash flow Management

Ensure the business has enough cash to meet daily operations

Monitor cash inflows and outflows

Manage working capital efficiently

3. Accounting and Financial Reporting

Oversee bookkeeping and accounting records

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Ensure reports are accurate and submitted on time

4. Cost Control
Monitor operating costs and expenses
Identify cost-saving opportunities
Analyze production of service costs to improve efficiency

5. Tax and Regulatory Compliance
Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations
Prepare and file tax returns
Coordinate with auditors and regulatory authorities

6. Risk Management
Identify financial risks
Develop Strategies to reduce financial losses
Ensure adequate insurance and internal controls

7. Payroll and Financial Controls

Supervise payroll processing
Implement internal controls to prevent fraud and errors
Ensure company assets are protected

8. Decision support
Provide financial analysis to support management decisions
Assess the financial impact of new projects or business opportunities.
Advise management on pricing, expansion, and profitability
