Job Summary

Manage construction site operations by coordinating with sub-contractors, resolving site issues, and ensuring projects meet client quality standards while adapting to scope changes and engaging stakeholders effectively.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily site operations by liaising with sub-contractors to ensure smooth workflow and timely task completion
• Manage project scope changes proactively to minimize delays and cost overruns
• Identify and resolve site issues collaboratively with other trades to maintain project progress
• Ensure project deliverables comply with client quality standards through regular monitoring and quality checks
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to facilitate project coordination and issue resolution
• Participate actively in regular consultant meetings to align project objectives and updates

Required competencies and certifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by the Professional Engineer Board (PEB) or Building Construction Authority (BCA)
• Minimum 5 years of local working experience in construction project management

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Proficient computer literacy to support project documentation and communication
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage responsibilities proactively

• Alternate Saturday work required
