岗位职责

  • Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
  • Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors.
  • Educating site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocol.
  • Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries.
  • Handling site accidents in accordance with established accident protocol.
  • Maintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance.
  • eview method statements, safe work procedures (SWP), and risk assessments (RA) prior to work commencement.
  • Verify workers’ safety credentials (e.g., Work-at-Height, Lifting Gear Certs, REO passes) and enforce compliance.
  • Attend and conduct daily toolbox meetings to review work activities and risk mitigation.
  • Operate and manage Body Worn Camera (BWC) and verify contractor’s CCTV system is functional before any work begins.
  • Liaise with contractors, project officers, and internal stakeholders on technical and safety issues
