Job Summary

Seeking an HR Administrator to manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities for retail operations in Singapore and Malaysia, supporting over 380 employees with efficient HR processes and systems administration.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure seamless integration and exit experiences
• Maintain accurate HR records and administer HR systems including SAP SuccessFactors, benefits, insurance, employee share portal, and government surveys
• Prepare detailed HR reports, official letters, and employee documentation to support HR operations and compliance
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee HR queries and manage ticket resolution efficiently
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth HR operations and timely communication

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma in HR, Business Administration, or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of HR or administrative support experience
• Proficient use of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas), Word, and PowerPoint
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or other HRIS platforms
• Exposure to the retail industry or experience supporting fast-paced work environments

• Location: Kallang Bahru, Singapore (onsite)
• Contract: 6 to 12 months, extendable
