The Site Supervisor is responsible to oversee daily site activities and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and according to specifications:
- Supervise and monitor daily site work progress in accordance with project schedules and quality standards.
- Report site progress, issues, and work status to the Project Manager.
- Attend site inspections, project meetings, coordination meetings, and safety meetings.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, workers, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and company procedures.
- Monitor site safety practices and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Keep accurate records of daily site activities, manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Assist the Project Manager in resolving site issues and ensuring project milestones are achieved.
- Other duties as assigned from time to time by the Management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering/ Electrical Engineering /Construction Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 1–3 years of relevant site supervision experience. Fresh graduates with strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
- Knowledge of mechanical installation works, project coordination, and construction/site practices.
- Familiarity with RFWI procedures and site inspection processes.
- Able to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision and under tight project schedules.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Possess a valid driving licence and willing to travel or work at project sites when required.
