Our outlets including Quinary, Origin, The Envoy, Room 309, Vea Restaurant, Wing Restaurant, Medora Restaurant, The Opposites Bar and Draft Land Hong Kong in Central & Causeway Bay.

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Chef de Partie to join our central kitchen team.

Location : Kennedy Town

Working time : 09:00am-8:00pm / 12:00pm-11:00pm

Requirements:
Minimum 4-5 years’ experience in a similar role at Western cuisine restaurant, lesser experience will be considered as Demi Chef.

Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese.

Knowledge of standard procedures and policies for food preparation, receiving, storage, and sanitation.

Proficient in various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and food processing techniques.

Creative and quality-oriented team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Hong Kong Citizen only.
