Role Description The Masters Student role at Universiti Teknologi MARA in Melaka is a contract, on-site position focused on advanced academic and research activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting literature reviews, designing and executing research projects, collecting and analyzing data, and preparing reports, theses, and publications under the guidance of academic supervisors. The role involves attending lectures, seminars, and laboratory sessions, collaborating with peers and faculty on academic initiatives, and presenting findings in meetings or academic conferences. The Masters Student is expected to manage project timelines, comply with university policies and research ethics, and contribute to the academic community through active participation in departmental activities.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and demonstrated ability to interpret data and solve complex problems.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication for reports, presentations, and collaboration.
• Candidates should possess a solid foundation in Physics, with prior coursework or experience relevant to advanced study and research.
• Candidates should possess proven Research capabilities, including literature review, experimental design, data collection, and documentation.
• Candidates should possess practical Programming skills for data analysis, modeling, or simulation using appropriate languages or tools.
• Relevant qualifications include a recognized bachelor’s degree in Physics or a related STEM discipline and eligibility for admission to a master’s program.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include familiarity with research ethics, ability to work both independently and in teams, strong time management, and proficiency with scientific software or statistical tools.
