MYFutureJobs are currently assisting TECHNOCOM SYSTEMS SDN BHD (VENTURE GROUP) in sourcing for a Senior Engineer, R&D (Electronics) to join their growing team in Johor Bahru, Johor.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced EE professional to drive R&D development for portable devices, working closely with cross-functional teams and global customers on projects from concept through to product launch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Mechanical and Firmware teams on board constraints, IO assignment, and component selection
• Generate EE block diagrams, schematics, PCB layouts, and gerber files based on project requirements
• Lead selection of critical components and support prototype builds, board bring-up, and testing
• Carry out design verification activities
• Participate in customer meetings and conference calls
• Support post-Market Release (MR) products through design improvement and Level 3 investigation

Requirements:

• Masters/Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering/Science
• Minimum 8 years of relevant R&D experience, from concept to product launch
• Experience in industrial, commercial, consumer electronics, life science instruments, and/or medical product domains
• Experience in product transfer to manufacturing is an advantage
• Self-motivated, dynamic team player with strong grasp of electronics fundamentals and principles
