Description and Requirements
1.Own and manage sustaining programs for Tier 1 customers, ensuring on-time execution and issue resolution post MP.
Lead cross-functional teams (EE, ME, BIOS, BMC, Validation, MFG, Supply Chain) to drive resolution of customer-reported
issues (quality, compatibility, firmware, hardware, etc.).
2.Manage change requests including ECOs, BOM updates, firmware/ hardware revisions, and validation plans.
3.Collaborate with global teams across the U.S., Taiwan, and manufacturing sites to align on sustaining priorities and execution.
4.Track and report key program KPIs, risks, and mitigation plans to internal and customer stakeholders.
