We are seeking an Electrical Power Engineer to join an engineering team developing next-generation satellite systems. This role offers the opportunity to design and validate high-reliability electrical power systems used in mission-critical space applications.

You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative power solutions while ensuring compliance with aerospace standards for performance, reliability and quality.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates with a strong academic foundation in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Space Systems Engineering, or a related discipline are encouraged to apply. Relevant internship, research, or project experience in power electronics, circuit design, or space systems will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and design complete electrical power systems for satellites.
• Perform system-level analysis, optimisation and power budgeting.
• Design high-reliability power electronic modules.
• Ensure compliance with EMC, thermal and reliability requirements.
• Develop and execute testing and validation plans.
• Prepare technical documentation and engineering reports.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle.

Requirements

Must Have

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Space Systems Engineering or a related discipline.
• Strong theoretical knowledge of power electronics and circuit design.
• Hands-on experience in prototyping, debugging and testing power electronic circuits.
• Familiarity with system-level design methodologies and analysis.
• Strong technical writing and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.

Preferred

• Experience with satellite or spacecraft electrical power systems.
• Experience in module-level or satellite-level Assembly, Integration and Test (AIT).
• Experience in aerospace, defence, space systems or high-reliability electronics.
• Knowledge of EMC, thermal analysis and reliability engineering.
