Role Description


This part-time Personal Assistant role is a hybrid position based in Singapore, with a mix of on-site and work-from-home arrangements.


The Personal Assistant will support the advisor with day-to-day administrative tasks, including calendar management, scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and maintaining accurate records.


Responsibilities include handling clerical duties such as preparing documents, managing correspondence, tracking deadlines, and maintaining filing systems (digital and physical).


The role also involves coordinating logistics for client meetings, assisting with follow-up communications, and ensuring that consultants’ daily workflows run smoothly.


Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills to support the advisor effectively.
  • Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for interacting clients
  • Candidates should possess effective Diary Management and scheduling skills to organize calendars, appointments, and meetings.
  • Candidates should possess reliable Clerical Skills, including document preparation, data entry, filing, and basic record-keeping.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfort with common office software and digital tools (e.g., email, calendar applications, spreadsheets, and document management systems).
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Previous experience in administrative or personal assistant roles; experience in financial services or professional services environments is an advantage.
