Position Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing projects from initiation through completion, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget and timeline. This role serves as the key liaison between business units, technical teams and senior management, driving strategic initiatives and continuous improvement across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management throughout the project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closure.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets and resource allocation.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and implement mitigation plans proactively.
- Manage project scope, cost, quality and change control to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Prepare project reports, dashboards and presentations for senior management.
- Facilitate communication among stakeholders and resolve project issues promptly.
- Develop and improve project management processes, standards and documentation.
- Coordinate project testing, acceptance and final delivery to ensure quality outcomes.
- Support regional and cross-border projects while collaborating with overseas teams.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
